The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, they treated us like royalty, even had a beautiful gesture with a welcome cake in our room. One morning, I asked for a special egg-less breakfast and they delivered it with no fuss, couldn’t believe how they just get it right.

The cakes at afternoon tea were incredible, while the reception service was lackluster.

An enjoyable stay with beautiful rooms and welcoming staff who truly care. The dining experience was excellent, especially the Collins room. the initial check-in was hectic and the bathroom lacked a separate shower, making bathing a bit slippery. it was a pleasant visit worth repeating.

We had an amazing family stay. The kids loved the pool area, especially the slide! The breakfast was a real treat, and I had a lovely conversation with a friendly staff member who made our mornings feel extra special.

For dads, it would be great if there were more interactive activities for the children.

Housekeeping during my recent visit left much to be desired. finding a dirty diaper in the bathroom trash was particularly unsettling. Despite the pleasant decor in the room, we faced issues like an unresponsive drain and inconsistent replenishment of bathroom amenities. the attentive staff and excellent room service menu somewhat salvaged the experience, with the light salad being a standout option. these shortcomings, especially for a hotel of this caliber, were disappointing.

Noise issues from external events interrupting the stay!!! Room size variability could leave guests disappointed depending on their category!!! A few updates needed to ensure all facilities maintain the high standards guests expect.

The Belgravia Room was beautifully designed, spacious, and featured luxurious amenities that enhanced my comfort, while the breakfast in the Collins Room offered an impressive variety. One thing to improve would be the responsiveness at check-in, as it could be more streamlined.

I appreciated the mini-bar options and the cozy sitting area. Staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The breakfast felt luxurious, with many delightful options to choose from. The setting around the hotel was picturesque, and it was conveniently located near shopping and dining. I found the pricing on the higher side, but given the luxury experience, it felt more justified. A minor hiccup with the espresso machine in my room was quickly resolved, showcasing the staff's responsiveness. The rooftop pool access could have been clearer, as it felt a bit awkward to get to. I genuinely enjoyed my time and would love to visit again soon.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, a fantastic indoor swimming pool, and a great fitness centre. I remember my first stay when the staff offered me a hot drink in the cold. Highly recommend for a city break!

The location is fantastic, mere minutes away from major attractions like Buckingham Palace. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the Collins Room where every dish was a highlight. The staff, particularly the concierge, were incredibly helpful in securing last-minute tickets for a show, which made the trip memorable. A warm touch was the hot stone massage at the spa, truly exceptional.
